2025-2026 ADVANCED SKILLS & DRILLS

Our ‘ADVANCED’ Skills & Drills Clinics provide weekly sessions within an intense learning environment where students are inspired to practice effectively within a training system that focuses on the refinement of capable technical movement skills while enhancing physical and cognitive speed, goaltending IQ & in game execution.

WEEKLY 50 MINUTE SESSIONS

•This is a Semi Private program with a maximum capacity of two goalies in each session

•Flexible Class Cancellation Policy allows you to reschedule your sessions in case a conflict arises with sufficient notice.

INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING WEEKLY TRAINING COMPONENTS

Explosive Skating & Puck Handling Drills that enhance skating, edge control & puck handling skills

Technical Skills and Dynamic Movment Drills that provides repetition and develops understanding of 'in game execution'

Read Option Drills that recreate in game situations to challenge and build tactical understanding
