The March Break PREP Camps will provide 2 hrs each day of concentrated on-ice training that will focus on sharpening the student’s functional performance.
Goalies can now preview the on-ice drill videos before each session.
The Lesson Plan guides both students and staff.
Drills may be adjusted based on each athlete’s needs.
Reviewing videos multiple times improves understanding and readiness for on-ice execution.
