3 consecutive training days with 2 hours ALL-ICE development (Small Size Groups to ensure student development).
The March Break PREP Camps will provide 2 hrs each day of concentrated on-ice training that will focus on sharpening the student’s functional performance.
INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS
Group Warm Up
Skating & Puck handling drills for dynamic balance
Technical Drills that focus on the execution keys
Transitional Movement drills to focus on the mechanics
Dynamic drills to focus on functional movement with Body & Edge Control
Tactical Application Drills that will provide movement and positioning feedback

Goalies can now be better prepared for their training session by being able to preview the on ice Lesson Plan including drill videos prior to stepping on the ice.
This Lesson Plan serves as a guide for our students and staff.
Drills may be modified, progressed or changed based on each individual athletes needs.
Watching the videos several times with the intention of understanding what is involved will enhance the experience by being better prepared for practicing it on the ice.
